BODY TRANSFORMATION COACHING PROGRAM
In this phase we RESTORE and speed up your metabolism and create a fat burning machine. Once we do that, it makes the fat loss phase way more efficient… so you’ll get the best results of your life.
With a working metabolism, you will see accelerated fat loss and LEAN OUT. We continue to shape the body through strength training giving you that toned and defined look.
Once we have reached your goal, I teach you how to SUSTAIN this through lifestyle integration so that you never gain the weight back again.
I am a mom to 2 girls, nutrition and body transformation coach, and owner of Sara Frenza Fitness and Nutrition. I went from avoiding mirrors to a published fitness model in my 40’s.
After gaining over 40 lbs., with each of my pregnancies, I tried multiple diets and programs desperate to find a solution to build a body I felt good about.
I finally found a sustainable way to lose over 55 lbs., change my body composition and learned how to keep the weight off forever.
My mission is to teach other women how to eat and lift their way to the body of their dreams. Through my 1:1 coaching program I help women get into shape without restrictive dieting or hours of cardio through my exclusive Restore, Lean out and Sustain body transformation protocol that gets women results forever!
Sara offers you a realistic and sustainable life changing approach to a healthier and stronger you. I love that she’s been there and she knows that feeling of knowing your not your best self. Through her own experience she knows what tools and advice to give to help you push yourself towards your goals to be a better you. Since the birth of my son, 13 years ago, I struggled with reaching my fitness goals. I did random workouts and ate healthy for the most part, however, never saw any changes in my body. Putting in work and not seeing results it so discouraging. I started working with Sara in the beginning of 2022 and boy do I SEE results now!!! I’ve lost 10 lbs. but more then that, I see an extreme change in my body. Sara explained to me why I wasn’t seeing results and with her coaching and consistent encouragement, I am well on my way to looking and feeling better. Everything has improved, including my sleep. Sara is dedicated and so knowledgeable and keeps me motivated. I am now, at almost 50, in the best shape I’ve ever been thanks to my coach.

I have always been a healthy person going to the gym, walking my dogs and then I got pregnant with my daughter 16 years ago. I struggled with losing the baby weight, then a year later I got pregnant with my son. I have tried several different weight loss programs, the portion container, 2B mindset and nothing seemed to work. I noticed Sara’s results on Instagram and had to reach out . I’ve been following the Nutrition protocol, daily exercises for 4 months now and I have lost a total of 22.5 pounds and 23 inches. At the age of 52 I had to do some thing and I feel fantastic!!!
I initially reached out to Sara in the hope to lose some weight and tone up in a healthy way, without crash dieting. What I ended up getting out of Sara’s program was so much more. I’ve not only learned a ton about how to properly take care of and nourish my body, but my energy levels also are so much higher, my brain fog has disappeared and I feel overall so much more productive and healthy. I used to have extremely low energy levels and was always tired. What I didn’t realize was how much of a holistic change this program would have on me and my life. I’ve seen great changes physically as well but the biggest thing I’ve gotten out of working with Sara is the energetic changes I’ve had.
