Since the birth of my son, 13 years ago, I struggled with reaching my fitness goals. I did random workouts and ate healthy for the most part, however, never saw any changes in my body. I have always been a healthy person going to the gym, walking my dogs and then I got pregnant with my daughter 16 years ago. I struggled with losing the baby weight, then a year later I got pregnant with my son. I initially reached out to Sara in the hope to lose some weight and tone up in a healthy way, without crash dieting. What I ended up getting out of Sara’s program was so much more.
