I’m Sara Frenza — Functional Medicine Nutrition Practitioner, Nutrition and Body Transformation Coach, Menopause Coaching Specialist, Gut and Hormone Specialist.
I built this practice because I lived this exact struggle. I know what it feels like to do everything right and have your body not cooperate. I spent years learning what conventional medicine and mainstream fitness never taught me about what actually happens inside a woman’s body during perimenopause and menopause.
Every woman I work with deserves real answers — not more guessing, not more restriction, not another plan designed for someone else’s biology.
